Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Schedule meetings and site visits for business development executives.

Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding inquiries and proposals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/database regularly.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

0.6 – 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
