Job Description – Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, explaining products/services to customers, resolving their queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

Explain company products and services to customers

Generate sales through phone calls

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain and update customer database regularly

Follow up with existing and potential customers

Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients

Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets

Maintain proper records of conversations and customer details

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer queries effectively

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Experience in telecalling/sales will be preferred

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience:

Fresher and experienced both can apply
