Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales. The role involves communicating with potential and existing clients to promote services and ensure Client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Explain company services and convert leads into customers
• Maintain call records and update customer database
• Follow up with clients regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
