Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to support our sales and business development efforts for our online UPS products. This role involves making outbound calls to prospects (industrial and commercial clients), handling inbound enquiries, explaining product features (like online UPS solutions, benefits, warranty, services), generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to work toward measurable targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (industrial units, commercial establishments, contractors) to promote the company’s range of online UPS systems. Qandle
- Persuade prospects about the benefits of online UPS products (e.g., protection against power outages, voltage fluctuations, continuous uptime).
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, website enquiries, and referrals. Indeed
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the field sales team.
Inbound Enquiries & Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound calls related to product information, pricing enquiries, technical queries, and service requirements. Qandle
- Act as the first point of contact, providing accurate information, understanding customer needs, and suggesting the most suitable UPS solutions.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Qandle
- Update lead status, call outcomes, and next steps to enable seamless sales progression.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call metrics, lead generation status, conversion rates, and follow-up actions.
Performance & Targets
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and scheduled demos. Indeed
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and support in closing deals.
Skills & Competencies:-
Communication & Persuasion
- Excellent verbal communication with professional telephone etiquette. Qandle
- Ability to clearly explain technical products in simple terms and handle technical questions about online UPS systems.
Sales & Objection Handling
- Strong persuasion skills to convert cold and warm leads into qualified prospects. Indeed
- Confident in handling objections and responding with appropriate product information.
Customer Focus

CRM & Technology
