Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Generate leads and fix site visit appointments for sales team

Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial) to clients

Maintain follow-ups with interested customers

Handle inbound queries from prospects

Update CRM with daily call reports and lead status

Coordinate with sales team for conversions

🧠 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Confident and convincing speaking ability

Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)

Ability to handle objections and customer queries

Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
