This is a non-target-based role focused on communication and customer engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound domestic calls to potential clients.
• Connect with customers and introduce company services/products.
• Maintain regular follow-up and coordination with prospective clients.
• Record customer responses and update call details.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Share relevant information with clients and address basic queries.
• Coordinate internally for customer requirements and updates.
• Maintain daily calling records and reports.
