Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about services, resolving customer queries, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful registrations or sales.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer support.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages will be an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
