Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for our women’s wear business. The candidate will handle customer calls, assist with product inquiries, support order processing, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide information about women’s wear products, sizes, prices, and offers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback
• Maintain customer records and update data in the system
• Support sales by promoting new collections and special offers
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth operations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive communication
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
• Interest in fashion or women’s wear industry is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
