Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and energetic candidates for our loan company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and helping clients with different types of loans.

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and explain loan products
  • Handle inquiries related to all types of loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Mortgage Loan, etc.)
  • Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships
  • Collect customer documents and assist in the loan process
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of leads and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience in sales/telecalling is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
