Job Title: Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy details, and converting prospects into customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass (with experience)
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Prior telesales/insurance experience is an added advantage
