🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Fresher Telecaller to join our insurance lead generation team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing product information, identifying customer needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.

Explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for lead generation.

Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Follow communication scripts and company processes.

Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships through positive communication.

🔹 Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus).

Basic understanding of customer service and telecalling.

Confident, polite, and proactive personality.

Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Basic computer knowledge.

🔹 Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.

No prior experience required – training will be provided.
