Job Description

A telecaller is the primary point of contact between a company and its clients, responsible for making outbound calls to prospects or handling inbound calls from existing customers.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to potential leads using predefined scripts and respond to incoming customer calls.
  • Record and update detailed customer information and conversation logs into the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or database systems.
  • Nurture relationships by consistently following up with active and budding clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
