Position: Telecaller
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support sales conversions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain project details and generate customer interest.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Update customer information and call status in CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales is preferred.
