1. Tele Caller
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Follow up on leads
- Explain project details to clients
- Schedule site visits and meetings
- Maintain daily calling reports
2. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage client meetings and property presentations
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for better performance
3. Team Leader (Team Handler)
Responsibilities:
- Handle and guide the sales team
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Support team members in closing deals
- Maintain daily reporting and target tracking
