K R Debt Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Loan Recovery Executives to join our growing team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves interacting with customers to recover outstanding payments and maintaining healthy client relationships.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Contact customers via calls to remind and follow up on pending payments

* Negotiate and ensure timely recovery of dues

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and recovery status

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

* Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
