Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiating high-volume calls to prospective customers to introduce company offerings.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying potential customers and determining their interest or need for the product/service.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or follow-up conversations for senior sales representatives.
• CRM Management: Recording all call activities, outcomes, and customer data in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Hitting daily, weekly, or monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
• Overcoming Objections: Handling rejections professionally and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to explain value propositions concisely.
• Perseverance: High tolerance for rejection and ability to remain motivated.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is often preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
