Job Description
Open Positions1. Telecaller Sales Executive (Female) – 2 OpeningsResponsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Coordinate meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain customer database and CRM records
- Explain company services professionally and confidently
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or telecalling sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional attitude and customer handling skills
2. Sales Executive (Male)Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and societies for business development
- Generate new leads and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with builders, RWAs, and society management
- Promote manpower and facility service solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for meetings
- Self-motivated and result-driven
