Job Description
- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate new leads via open markets, networking, and cold calling to acquire customers for loan products.
- Customer Guidance: Advise clients on suitable loan products, explaining terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Application Management: Collect, verify, and process necessary documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for monthly and quarterly volumes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, and developers for referrals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines, and provide regular sales reports.
