Job Description

  • Call prospective customers using company-provided leads.
  • Explain project highlights and investment opportunities professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and answer basic project-related queries.
  • Convince interested prospects to schedule site visits.
  • Follow up regularly with warm and existing leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of every conversation in the CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding scheduled appointments.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through courteous communication.
  • Meet daily calling, follow-up, and appointment generation targets.
  • Report daily work progress to the Team Leader.
