Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Fundraising Executive/ Tele-caller Executive.

As a Fundraising Executive, you will be the voice of our organization. You will connect with potential donors, spread awareness about our initiatives, and inspire them to contribute to our cause.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, empathetic, and passionate about social work.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with good convincing power.

* Must be fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates are welcome).

* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

* Goal-oriented, sincere, hardworking, and ambitious with a positive attitude.

* Good listener with empathy and patience while speaking with people.

* Ability to understand the organization’s work and confidently explain it to others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with potential donors over the phone and create awareness about the organization’s initiatives.

* Build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters.

* Maintain accurate donor data.
