Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with brand owners and business decision-makers using leads provided by the company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding client requirements, generating interest in our services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Prior experience in Digital Marketing Services or IT Services is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Call brand owners and business prospects from the leads provided by the company.
• Introduce the company's digital marketing and IT services.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Shopify, etc.) or IT Services.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Qualification

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement will be an advantage.
