Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate customer care Executive to drive product sales through direct communication with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand customer needs, recommend suitable beauty and personal care products, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other digital platforms.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable beauty & personal care products.
- Handle product inquiries and provide accurate information about ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on customer feedback and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
