Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative Female to contribute to our

company’s sales efforts. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing verifying &

leads/sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your excellent

communication skills and ability to handle objections will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using

predefined scripts.

• Answer questions about our offerings and the company.

• Work on leads verifying them and passing to the sales team.

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Take and process orders accurately.

• Handle grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.

• Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection calmly.

• Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
