Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM or Excel sheets
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Handle basic customer queries and objections politely
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Ability to convince and engage customers over calls
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior telecalling or lead generation experience is an advantage
