Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Real Estate)

About the Company:

A real estate consultancy firm based in Noida, dealing in industrial, commercial, and residential properties for the past 20 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to property owners and potential clients
  • Building and updating property inventory through regular calling
  • Collecting information related to property sale, purchase, and rental requirements
  • Following up with property owners and client leads
  • Maintaining proper records of calls and client interactions
  • Coordinating with the internal sales team for relevant requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Confident and professional calling approach
  • Basic understanding of customer interaction and telecalling
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

  • Location: Sector 63, Noida
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
