Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling/customer support experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
