Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, and schedule site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for potential buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Update customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Preferred Qualities:Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Team player with strong follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
