Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers for CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) recovery such as AirFiber devices, ONT, STB, routers, etc.
Coordinate with customers for recovery of home appliances (LED TV, Geyser, Chimney, etc.) if applicable.
Explain recovery process and schedule device collection.
Maintain proper follow-up with customers until closure.
Update daily call status and remarks in CRM/system.
Coordinate with field team for successful device collection.
Handle customer queries related to device return and pending dues.
Maintain professional communication and achieve daily targets.
