💼 Job SummaryASTRAACRE ESTATE LLP is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, generating leads, and closing property deals including flats, plots, and residential/commercial properties.
- 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Handle client inquiries and provide property details
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with team members and management
- Maintain proper records of clients and deals
- 🎯 RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-based environment
