Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Generation (Life Insurance)
Location: B-55, Sector 2, Near Metro Sector 15, Exit Gate No. 3, Noida – 201301
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Job Summary:-
We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers for Lead Generation in the Life Insurance segment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi, basic English proficiency, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads.
Explain life insurance products clearly and professionally.
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Eligibility & Requirements :-
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
Basic conversational English (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary as per interview performance
Salary Credit: 7th of every month
