Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Merown Electric. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales for our solar and electrical products.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Merown Electric products (solar street lights, panels, electrical solutions, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Share product knowledge and explain benefits clearly to customers
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / tele calling (preferably in electrical or solar industry)
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B or government (GeM/RITES) sales calling
- Knowledge of solar products and electrical systems
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
