📢 Hiring – Credit Solution Specialist for| Loan Consolidation Process

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Credit Solution Specialist and Tele Sales Executives for our Loan Consolidation process.
Job Role:
The candidate will be responsible for cold calling on a highly curated database of salaried borrowers working with reputed large corporates and MNCs. The role involves understanding customer loan liabilities and offering suitable loan consolidation solutions to help reduce their financial burden.
Target Customer Profile:
• Salaried individuals earning between ₹70,000 – ₹4,00,000 per month
• Working in established large companies/MNCs
• Individuals having multiple active loans/EMIs
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Understand customer financial requirements and existing loan obligations
• Pitch loan consolidation and balance transfer solutions
• Generate quality leads and maintain follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Prior experience in telesales/personal loans/DSA/BPO preferred
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products is an advantage
