- Explain company products and services.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
