Job RoleWe are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for our Noida office. Candidates will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers with financial solutions.
- ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain loan products
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products
- Maintain customer data and daily call records
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Eligibility Criteria12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach
- Salary & Benefits12th Pass Fresher (Trainee): ₹12,020/month
- Graduate Fresher: ₹13,690/month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹18,000/month
