Job Title: Telesales Executive (Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales)

About the Role :We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) products over the phone. The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided data.
Promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and loan process.
Follow up with interested customers until loan application completion.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth application processing.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 0–3 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills :Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹14,000 – 20000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+ per month (based on target achievement).
