Job Description
*Job Description: Loan Sales Executive*
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a target-driven *Loan Sales Executive* to source and disburse Personal Loans, Business Loans & LAP. You will generate leads, pitch products, complete documentation and ensure monthly disbursement targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Lead Generation*: Tele-calling
2. *Client Handling*: Explain loan products, ROI, tenure, eligibility to customers
3. *Documentation*: Collect KYC, verify CIBIL, coordinate with credit team
4. *Disbursement*: Process files end-to-end and achieve monthly targets
5. *Cross-sell*: Promote insurance, credit cards with loans
6. *MIS & Follow-up*: Maintain daily reports, follow up on login to disbursal cases
*Requirements*
- *Experience*: 6 months+ in DSA/Sales preferred. Freshers with good comms can apply
- *Skills*: Good communication in Hindi & English, negotiation, basic Excel
