Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Counsel prospective customers and convert leads into consultations/sales.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and resolve queries professionally.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales/Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or D2C sales is preferred.
