Urgent Hiring: TeleSales Executive (Loan Industry)

Location: G-13, 1st Floor, Sector 6, Noida – 201301
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with loan-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain a database of customer interactions
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
