Job Description
A Personal Loan and Overdraft Telecaller (based on roles in Noida/Delhi, May 2026) is responsible for making outbound calls to pitch financial products, generate leads, and close sales. Key duties include explaining loan/overdraft features, meeting daily/monthly targets, and maintaining customer records
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Actively call potential customers (cold calling) to introduce personal loan and overdraft facilities.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product benefits (interest rates, limits) and convert prospects into closed loan deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Strong communication skills (often English + Hindi).
Education: Typically 12th Pass or graduate.
