Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Tele sales executive, expand and reach our sales targets, and consistently hit revenue targets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and weekly monthly goals, to achieve that, training will be given by our team
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Targets: Set and exceed monthly/annual sales quotas and KPIs.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and scale sales operations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team training will be given by our team .
- Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership.
- Client Relations: Manage key accounts and build long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Tele sales management or Senior Executive.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding strategic sales goals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Ability to analyze data to drive sales performance.
