Telesales Executive

Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and driving sales conversions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake 70–100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum graduate degree (any stream).
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer trust.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
• Freshers wit good communication are welcome
