Job Description
The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell insurance products. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy benefits, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
