Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, converting inquiries into appointments, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior telesales experience, especially in the healthcare or fertility industry, will be given preference.

Key esponsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Explain Cosma Fertility's services and treatment options to potential patients.
• Generate appointments for the counselling and sales team.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, Email).
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply.
• ExperienceFreshers are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Candidates from Healthcare, IVF, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Insurance, Pharma, or Wellness industries will be preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and result-oriented.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Quick learner with a willingness to grow.
