Job Description
Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasion and negotiation ability
- Good listening skills and patience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
