Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their hair care concerns, recommend suitable products, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customers' hair and scalp concerns and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Update customer interactions and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the customer support and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Good listening and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Sales.
- Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Hair Care, or Wellness industry will be preferred.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileFluent in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SalaryAs per experience and interview performance.
