Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support Executive who can manage customer interactions across calls and chat while also contributing to sales conversions. This role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Assist customers visiting the website but not completing purchases
• Make outbound calls to explain products and convert leads into sales
• Provide accurate product information and resolve concerns effectively
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Use CRM/tools to track conversations and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic technical proficiency (CRM tools, chat platforms, etc.)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask between chat and calls
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
