Job Description-

• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain product benefits effectively.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry handling to order confirmation.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, offers, and payment terms as per company guidelines.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Important Note:Lead generation is NOT required.

• All customer inquiries/leads will be provided by the company.
• The candidate's primary responsibility is sales handling, negotiation, and closure.
• Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Prior telesales/customer sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Salary & Benefits:14000 to 25000(Fixed Salary) + Attractive Incentives based on performance
