Job Description – Phone Banking Officer (Business Associate)

Role Overview

We are hiring Phone Banking Officers for an inbound customer service role with upselling responsibilities. The position involves handling customer queries over calls, providing accurate banking-related information, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products.

Key Responsibilities-

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively

- Provide accurate information related to banking services

- Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant offerings

- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and service standards

- Update customer details and interaction records in the system

- Meet defined performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria-

Graduates (Freshers) can apply

- Undergraduates must have minimum 12 months of customer service experience

- Undergraduate freshers may be considered only with excellent communication skills

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4 or equivalent)

- Candidates should not have exams in the first 4 months after joining

Work Schedule & Shift- 6 Days Working with 1 Weekly Off

- Rotational Shifts within 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9 hours shift)

- Male Candidates: 8 AM – 8 PM (rotational)

- Female Candidates: 8 AM – 6 PM (rotational)

- No leaves allowed during the first 3 months

Compensation & Benefits-

-Freshers: ₹17,500/month (₹14,000 Basic + ₹2,000 RB + ₹1,500 TA)

- Experienced: ₹18,500/month (₹15,000 Basic + ₹2,000 RB + ₹1,500 TA)

- Performance-based incentives over and above fixed salary

- Shuttle facility available from key metro and bus locations
