What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving sales growth by developing and expanding existing accounts and identifying new customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective pipeline management and revenue forecasting (annual, quarterly, monthly).
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.
  • Collaborating with marketing, technical, and partner teams to develop and execute territory-based marketing programs.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards and adherence to company policies in all business dealings.
  • Travelling extensively (minimum 50%) to customer sites to build relationships and support sales initiatives.
  • Leveraging social media and digital channels to enhance prospecting and market reach.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; Engineering or Engineering + MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering Product Sales, Account Management, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience in simulation, CAD, PLM, or manufacturing solutions; exposure to IoT, Digital Twin, ML/AI/VR, or platform solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage mid-market customers, channel partners, and teams across MNCs, captives, and OEMs.
  • Knowledge of India territory business and experience in CAE environments.
  • Proficiency in driving territory-based marketing programs and prospecting via social media.
