Role Overview
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter Freshers with excellent communication
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various US-based IT positions.
- Effectively understand and interpret technical job requirements from clients.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bachelors +3 or +4).
- Experience: Freshers
- Skills:
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for US IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and analyze technical job descriptions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market and different technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
